Pastor Bryan is always honored when invited to speak at various events. Due to a high volume of requests, and Pastor Bryan’s family and church commitments, he needs to steward his time away from home and church well. The purpose of this form is not to overwhelm you, but to give us a clear picture of your event that will help us best decide whether or not Pastor Bryan would be the best fit.

What will be the event schedule (precise times of day Pastor Bryan will speak)?

Who will be in attendance and approximately how many people do you expect?

What is the attire for guest speakers?

What airport will Pastor Bryan use? What is the travel time from the airport to the event location?

Will Pastor Bryan’s travel, lodging, and food expenses be taken care of along with providing an honorarium?

For events that require more than three hours of flight time, we request a travel allowance of $1000. Are you able to provide that? If not, please communicate what you can provide.

For reconciliation purposes, flight expense reimbursements must made via direct deposit before or at time of the event. No exceptions. Are you able to agree to this?

For accountability and teaching reasons, Pastor Bryan likes to travel with an intern from the church. Are you able to cover the flight of an intern as well?

Will you be providing Pastor Bryan transportation? Please provide details.

Where will Pastor Bryan be staying?

Will your organization order Pastor Bryan’s books directly from the publisher or is it possible for us to ship merchandise in advance? If so, to what address should the items be shipped?

What is the proposed honorarium, if any, for this event?

Pastor Bryan generally travels with his own mic, but will need the mic pack.

We request that honorarium is given to Pastor Bryan in person.

Due to the large number of speaking engagements on Pastor Bryan’s calendar, he does not plan his messages until days prior to each event. He will not be able to give message titles months in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
